The kids of Seaford Road love zooming up and down the pavement on their scooters and skateboards - until the grownups shut it all down! After one too many crashes, grumbles, and tangled dog leads, the Seaford Road Community Council put up a big sign: NO SKATEBOARDS! NO SCOOTERS! NO NOTHING! The kids are devastated—where will they skate and scoot now?
Luckily, Vlim and Vlam are always up for a challenge. When they hear about the trouble, they hatch a big, bold plan with the help of Burly Badger and a whole lot of concrete.
But how will they build a brand new skate park without the grownups noticing?
